The quality/description is not what was received. Trying to do an exchange with the company has proved difficult. They’re not answering calls and have ceased responding to emails. A waste of money considering their site says they do exchanges but not refunds and they’ve gone ghost.
Received a lot of compliments, dress was super cute and flowy
I’m have been trying since the day after I received my dress and slip to exchange it and have not received any help and at this point probably will not have the dress for my photo shoot. But I’m expected to keep a dress I have tried multiple times to exchange. At this point I just want to return and receive my money back because I have sent several emails with NO response!
This dress was beautiful and easy to wear. I wore it to my wedding and I’m 4 months pregnant. I’m 5’7” and 230lbs and it was perfect. I will def order again.
