Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Anyuta Couture dress. If the fit isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange. We accept exchanges only; we do not offer returns for a refund.

Please inspect your dress when it arrives. To request an exchange, email customerservice@anyutacouture.com with your order number within 3 days of delivery. The dress must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Once approved, please ship it back within 3 days.

Custom-sized gowns, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be exchanged. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping, and a $35 exchange or alteration fee may apply. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Exchange will be processed for one item lesser or equal to the value of the order. 
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
