I ordered an XS and the dress was still HUGE. The tag was also in the front so I have to carefully cut it off so you couldn’t see it in the photos. This was the most expensive dress I bought for my maternity photos and it required the most modifications.
I measured my bust as instructed at 45", which should be a 2xl. I ordered an 2xl, but should have went with my gut and got a large, dress was still so big at the top, i still kept having to cover up my strapless bra. But we got through the maternity shoot and dress was beautifull.

Our sizing is NOT based on the fullest part of the bust.
It is based on around underneath your bust, where your rib-cage is. Typically when it comes to pregnancy clothing you would stick to your typical size, when the clothing/dresses are non-maternity that's when you size up.
